AI in Documentation

On this documentation site, you can use our Ask AI chatbot to find the answers you are looking for 🔎

AI in My Relewise

Our My Relewise platform has a similar Ask AI feature, but it is even more powerful because it has access to relevant company data. It can answer questions like:

• "What Merchandising Rules do I have?"
• "How is my Search Index configured?"
• "What can I do on this page?"

To get started, go to my.relewise.com, log in, and press the Ask AI button in the top-right section 📈

Plugins for AI Assistants

Relewise offers two open-source plugins for supported AI assistants:

Plugin	Use It For	Authentication
Relewise	Working with your Datasets, configuration, analytics, merchandising, and optimization.	Connects through Agent Gateway.
Relewise Developer	Building integrations and writing code with Relewise APIs and SDKs.	The Developer MCP Server requires no authentication.

Both follow the official Agent Plugins specification and are available from the Relewise Agent Plugins marketplace. You can install either plugin or both.

Agent Gateway

Agent Gateway lets approved AI assistants, automation tools, and external apps use selected Relewise capabilities through My Relewise.

Install the Relewise plugin to work with your Datasets, configuration, analytics, merchandising, and optimization from a supported AI assistant.

The Relewise plugin connects through Agent Gateway using OAuth or a Personal Access Token. My Relewise permissions and Dataset access controls determine what it can use.

AI in Support

When you request support via Slack, our automated AI Slack Bot tries to help with your question, even outside office hours 🤖

(If it can't answer, it will of course forward your message to our support team)

AI in Development

When implementing Relewise APIs, install the Relewise Developer plugin to give a coding agent such as Claude Code or Codex current, domain-specific guidance for C#, TypeScript, PHP, and Java. The plugin connects to the Relewise Developer MCP Server, which requires no authentication 🙌
