On this documentation site, you can use our Ask AI chatbot to find the answers you are looking for 🔎

AI in My Relewise

Our My Relewise platform has a similar Ask AI feature, but it is even more powerful because it has access to relevant company data. It can answer questions like:

• "What Merchandising Rules do I have?"
• "How is my Search Index configured?"
• "What can I do on this page?"

To get started, go to my.relewise.com, log in, and press the Ask AI button in the top-right section 📈

AI in Support

When you request support via Slack, our automated AI Slack Bot tries to help with your question, even outside office hours 🤖

(If it can't answer, it will of course forward your message to our support team)

AI in Development

When implementing the Relewise API on your website, your developer partner needs to write code. To make this easier, you can connect your favorite Coding Agent, like Claude Code or Codex, to our Developer MCP Server and have it do most of the work 🙌
