The Relewise API does not, as such, enforce any Standard Rate Limits. We do, however, reserve the right to limit or block access on an ad-hoc basis to specific endpoints, in cases of erroneous excessive load, potential abuse, or to safeguard sensitive data.

Common reasons for such actions include: Preventing denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, mitigating data scraping, and ensuring optimal service delivery to all customers.

If we are forced to take such measures, you will be informed via standard communication channels (Slack or Email) on what is limited/blocked, as well as steps on how to resolve it.
