Billing

The Billing page in My Relewise provides read-only access to billing information for a License. Authorized users can review billing customer information, find billing documents and specifications, and download available PDFs.

Open Administration > Billing, or select Billing from the user menu.

Billing Access

Billing access is granted at the License level. Dataset Group and Dataset access do not grant access to Billing.

The following roles and permissions can provide access:

• Owner includes access to Billing and all Datasets under the License.
• Billing Manager includes access to Billing without granting access to Datasets.
• Administrator or Member can receive the View Billing permission on the License. This adds Billing access to their existing Dataset access.

A License Owner manages Owner assignments, Billing Managers, and the View Billing permission from the Team page.

Select a Billing License

If you can access Billing for more than one License, use Billing License to choose which License to review.

Billing Customer

When available, the page shows the billing customer name, customer number, and billing email address for the selected License.

Documents

The Documents list contains available billing documents, including invoices and credit notes. Each row shows the document date, document number, due date, and amount. Select the PDF action to download a document.

Specifications

The Specifications list contains available consumption specifications organized by period. Select the PDF action to download a specification.
