Data Export & Portability

This page explains how you can access and export your data from Relewise. It also outlines how we support data portability and switching under the EU Data Act. If you need a full dataset export or help with switching providers, our Support team can assist.

Export options

For a complete dataset export in a structured, commonly used format, contact Support and let us know the dataset and scope you need.

Exportable data scope

We will clarify the exportable data and any associated digital assets for your solution when you request an export. This includes the data you have provided and data generated through use of the service, as defined in your agreement.

Switching provider

If you decide to switch providers, the process is straightforward:

  1. Request a full dataset export from Support.
  2. Confirm termination and any timelines with us.
  3. Ask for optional assistance if you need help during the transition.

We aim to make switching simple and will help you complete the handover with minimal disruption.

Switching transparency

When you request switching, we will provide details on available export formats, data structures, and any known technical limitations. Your agreement defines any notice periods and fees, and we will clarify these during the process.
