Appearance
Live View
Live View shows recent activity for the selected Dataset in My Relewise. Use it to check which requests reach Relewise, inspect their inputs, and confirm that the results match your expectations.
Collect and find requests
Open the relevant area and select Refresh, then send the API request you want to inspect. Use Search and the available filters to find it, and open its details to inspect the request JSON.
Live View displays up to 50 recent entries. The chart's date selector controls aggregated reporting and does not retrieve historical Live View requests. Except for Content Delivery, which has its own capture behavior, recording stops after about ten minutes without refreshing Live View.
If a request is missing, clear the search and filters, confirm the selected Dataset, and refresh before sending it again.
Context Values and Users
To check which Context Values a Search, Recommendation, or Adaptive Discovery request uses, expand Context Values under Input. Batched requests show the effective values after combining batch defaults with overrides for individual Keys.
Check Classifications under User when verifying segmentation or personalization inputs. An anonymous User can also have Classifications. These are separate from the request's Context Values.
Batched requests
Search and Recommendations show individual batch members as separate rows. Expand Batch (n requests) to inspect which requests are sent together.
A yellow advisory on a one-request batch suggests sending it as a standalone request or grouping it with other requests. It does not indicate a failed request.
Where to investigate
| Area | Use Live View to check |
|---|---|
| Search | Search terms, filters, and returned results. |
| Retail Media | Promoted Products and Display Ads returned for a request. |
| Recommendations | Recommendation inputs and returned entities. |
| Behavioral Trackings | Whether User events arrive with the expected entities and values. |
| Integrations | Entity updates and administrative actions reaching the Dataset. |
| Analyzers | Analyzer requests, the number of entries analyzed, and processing time. |
| Marketing Automation | Trigger consumption requests and responses. |
| Content Delivery | Email recommendation delivery and redirect clicks. |
| Shoppertainment | Adaptive Discovery inputs and returned Products or Content. |
Trigger details
On Marketing Automation's Overview, Trigger Details provides Request and Response JSON for recent consumption. Use the separate Trigger Log to investigate execution responses over time.
Content Delivery
For Recommendation entries, a yellow results advisory means fewer entities are returned than the requested number of slots, including zero results. Expand it to compare the requested and returned counts. Positions without recommendations return HTTP 404.
Redirect activity shows Clicked Position X of Count. Here, Count is the number of requested recommendation slots, not the number of returned entities.
