Free Trial: Getting Started

Once you have signed up for a free trial, we begin a process of creating a demo for you. This takes about a day on average, and requires nothing from you except for a Product Feed. More on that below.

Once we are done setting up your demo shop, we will contact you with an email containing information on how to access the MyRelewise interface. Accessing your MyRelewise account requires that you follow the link in the email, and create a password for your new user.

We strive to complete your Demo setup within a standard business day of you signing up for your trial. If you do not hear from us within 1-2 standard business days, please check your spam folder to ensure no communication has gotten lost. If you still cannot find anything, please reach out to us at customersuccess@relewise.com.

A note on Product Feeds

In order to create a demo that can showcase our search and recommendation features, Relewise requires a Product Feed containing your product information. This feed must be a Google Shopping Feed of the type XML, and should ideally include:

• Id
• Title
• Price
• Product Image URL

Additional features can be included as you desire, but keep in mind that the demo site is set up to showcase a barebones example; as such, most advanced product data attributes included in the feed will not be put to use.

If we encounter issues with your feed, we will reach out to you to remedy them. In the meantime, you will receive a demo shop with an unrelated and neutral data feed, so that you can still experiment with Relewise search and recommendation until we can load your own products into the demo.

Accessing the Demo

The Demo shop is accessible via your MyRelewise interface. As such, your first priority is to ensure that you have access to MyRelewise with your email address, as described above.

From there, you will have access to the MyRelewise interface, which also shows you a button for proceeding to your Demo shop.

Please note that your demo is not a copy of your website, but merely a basic site meant to showcase our search and recommendation features. You will find familiar products here (provided you submitted an XML Google Shopping feed to us), which we hope makes it easier for you to see the true strength of our search and recommendation engines.

Once you are logged into MyRelewise, you will find a button that leads to your Demo shop. We will go through the MyRelewise Interface later, so for now, go ahead and navigate to your Demo shop to see what you have to work with.
